This new net-zero energy use home in West Seattle is maintaining a compact footprint, this home was designed to maximize efficiency, privacy, and greenery.

Following the Japanese concept of ‘Shibui’, referring to a particularly restrained, simple, and unobtrusive aesthetic.

Sustainable features: include Euro PH-certified windows for high thermal performance, Over-insulated, and thermal bridge free envelope, Durable and maintenance-free metal envelope, Formaldehyde-free LEICHT SEATTLE casework cladded in locally-sourced white oak panels, Stormwater mitigation, and bio-retention.
