crafting elevated, eco-conscious homes at real-world prices.
high design, minimal footprint.
YS BUILT is a pioneer of modern, sustainable housing in the NW. We develop and build beautiful, innovative, and thoughtful custom homes in the greater Seattle area—designed by top local architects and designers—that meet or exceed sustainability standards. We believe modern housing should offer high-quality, smart design and sustainability at reasonable prices. Our homes meet or exceed the green standards of BUILT GREEN, LEED, ENERGY STAR HOME, and Passive Haus while remaining relatively affordable, warm, and highly functional. We also place a strong emphasis on community and social aspects and their impact on quality of life. We have assembled a great team to bring this vision to life. YS BUILT is proud to be a certified installer of LEICHT SEATTLE products in the Pacific Northwest.
“We all want a better world, and it is up to us. It is not enough to dream about such a world. We have to create it and promote healthy living. It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but rather the one most responsive to change.”
Clarence Darrow (attributed to Charles Darwin)
