The project will combine custom modern architecture, certified to Built Green & Energy Star Home standards, with mature common grounds, amenities and landscaping that value the preservation and blending with nature and its resources, with a healthy and easily maintained residence.
Creating a high quality community of social living while maintaining privacy is one of the key goals in this project. Porches and patios are included for each house, defining entry and connection to the immediate community, and defining private areas assigned to each residence. The houses and common building will each have two or more siding materials used in different ways on the structures. This will enrich the design and tie the buildings together through commonality of materials. A variety of roof shapes will be also used in the development. The common house will also be distinctly separate in design yet related through use of form and materials.
